Mossy Cottage is a newly completed chalet style property, privately situated within a STUNNINGLY beautiful secluded valley. One of three cottages in this private valley, Mossy Cottage sleeps up to two people. This appealing property overlooks a small river (Afon Siedi) which is a tributary of the River Teifi renowned for salmon and sea trout fishing. The valley is surrounded by woodland and farmland with a rich variety of wild life including buzzards, herons, kingfishers, badgers and otters. Our holiday cottages in Cardigan Bay are within a half hour drive of the lovely beaches of Cardigan Bay.
Mossy Cottage has a double bedroom and large sitting room with a multi fuel stove and a TV with DVD. There is an integrated kitchen/dining area with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The bathroom has a corner bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet. There are fitted carpets throughout. This cottage benefits from a sun room along the front of the property affording lovely views down the valley. This is an ideal hideaway for a romantic break for two.
Fishing Holidays in Wales
To supply Fishing Holidays in Wales the owners of Mossy Cottage have a fly fishing lake which is well supplied with rainbow trout and brown trout. Fish caught in the lake are charged at £2.00 per fish. Salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Teifi can be arranged.
All cottages have the benefit of spring water. All fuel necessary and bed linen (but not towels) are provided. A games room with a pool table is on site. Pets are welcome. A babysitting service is available. Broadband links are on hand for visitors use. The owners recommend that visitors bring a torch and wellies.
